Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

in just a few days we will meet at the 20^th anniversary of the Polish Union of the Cosmetics Industry. We are very pleased that you will be with us! Below we have prepared detailed information on the course of the event and how to get there. Please forward this message to the other registered participants from your company as well!

Due to the tight schedule of the event, we will start punctually. Please plan to arrive with enough time to spare.
Registration starts from 8:30 am.

Agenda for the day

CONFERENCE - main hotel building 9:30 am

The event reception is located in the main lobby directly opposite the hotel entrance. Please arrive well in advance so that all 250 guests have time to register. The coffee morning is a good opportunity for our first informal conversations☺.

We have planned a lunch break between the 2^nd and 3^rd debates.

BREAK 5.30 pm - 7.30 pm

For those who are not staying overnight at the hotel, we will provide rooms to prepare for the gala during this time. To do so, please contact a member of the Union office at the event reception.

GALA EVENING - dome tent in the garden 7:30pm

For the second part of our event, we would like to invite you to the dome tent, which is located in the hotel garden. After leaving the hotel, turn left at the restaurant terrace and cross the bridge. The star of the evening will be Natalia Przybysz! The meeting will last until late in the evening.

DRESS CODE
Conference - business casual.
Gala - evening dress.

Entering the hotel premises:

In front of the barrier, collect your ticket and keep it. When leaving the hotel, please report with the ticket to reception in order to unlock the free parking exit.

By car:

from the direction of Falenica and Józefów along Marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego Street, then at the roundabout turn right into Jarosławska Street, then left until the hotel car park. The Union provides free parking for guests.
From Warsaw - Wał Miedzeszyński, Nadwiślańska street then left to Michalin, Graniczna street then Wawerska street up to Jarosławska street.
From Otwock - Driving via the 801 route - Nadwiślańska street in the direction of Wiązowna turn into Kardynała Wyszyńskiego street, at the roundabout turn right into Wawerska street and then into Jaroslawska street.

By train - the nearest railway station is Józefów.

It is possible to reach the hotel by SKM line 1 from Pruszków to Otwock and by Mazovian Railway trains in the direction of Otwock, Celestynów, Pilawa, Dęblin. (SKM ticket can be bought in the ticket machine on the train - payment by card only or at the kiosk like a city ticket - however, you should choose a 2-zone ticket for 7 PLN. For other trains, you can buy a ticket from the conductor on the train or at the Warszawa Śródmieście ticket office or vending machine).
